THE STAFF
Over 15 members
of the Jalapeno Inferno staff have been "Family" since opening day
December 14, 2000.
The
non-corporate, casual atmosphere and owner involvement in employee
development sets the tone for all.
Every staff
member is truly part of the extended family of the owners. At any
time there may be over 8 immediate family members on the schedule,
co-mingling with the other "Family" members. Jalapeno Inferno has
re-defined the classic "Family-run Business!"
