THE COMPANY
Jalapeno Inferno has
been owned and operated by Terry and Laura Craig since November
2000. With the addition of the stylish new Cantina in February
2006
(meticulously designed by the famed local designer, Don Carstens)
Jalapeno Inferno continues to broaden its customer base every year.
The made-from-scratch, authentic, Sonoran Mexican cuisine combined
with a terrific “Margarita Madness” menu and an awesome creek-side
outdoor patio continue to please locals and visitors alike.

We
offer all members a discount every time they dine at Jalapeno
Inferno, discounts on company caterings, as well as a
buy-one-get-one entree day.
We
