“HATCH CHILE SEASON”

Typically every year in late August the New Mexican version
or the greatest chile species in the world are harvested.

The area surrounding the city of Hatch, New Mexico is famous for their "Big Jim" version of these coveted green chiles.
Jalapeno Inferno's awesome friends in the produce business, "Grand Avenue Produce," has a terrific source for finding the biggest and best chiles from this region every year.

From these hatch chiles we challenge ourselves to create fun,
new and exciting menu items. Each year the menu changes
to reflect customer favorites as well as the subtle
spice and flavor nuances of the chiles.
